In this system, Pro Tier is considered the highest (which may be further categorized into Tier Pro and Tier Pro+, but I think that's largely for competition at the absolute highest levels and is mostly relegated for the Chinese and Korean servers), while Tier 4 is considered the lowest. While there is no mention of this system in the game, tiers are a widely accepted concept in the KartRider community, which helps in grouping similar skilled players for the purposes of competitive matches amongst each other. Just like there is a categorization of skill in the "lower" levels in the form of official licenses, there is also a categorization of skill in the "upper" levels, this time in the form of unofficial tiers.
